Pranodaya · A Vitana venture · App in development
Every breath, a new dawn.
Wake to words that lift you. Pranodaya is a wellbeing app that greets your morning with a motivational quote, read aloud in the voice you choose. Through the day it offers short reminders to keep going, and at night it plays rain, seashore or birdsong while you wind down.
- Morning quote alarm
- Interval motivation
- Your choice of voice
- Sleep soundscapes
What Pranodaya does
A kind voice at dawn.
A calm sound at night.
Five simple things, done gently. You decide when it speaks, who speaks, and when it stays quiet.
Morning quote alarm
Wake to a fresh motivational quote, read aloud.
Interval motivation timer
A short line of encouragement at the rhythm you set.
Choose your voice
Pick the reader, female or male, and the tone you like.
Sleep soundscapes
Rain, seashore, birdsong and more, mixed your way.
Healing & calm
A quiet daily ritual for your wellbeing.
01 · Morning quote alarm
Start the day with a sentence worth hearing.
Instead of a buzzer, your alarm opens with a short motivational quote, read aloud slowly and clearly, with gentle music building underneath.
- A new quote every morning, credited to its author
- Themes you choose: courage, gratitude, focus, kindness
- Soft fade-in, with a snooze that keeps the quote for later
- Save the lines you love to read again
02 · Interval motivation timer
A little lift, right when the day dips.
Set a rhythm (every hour, every 90 minutes, or a few times a day) and Pranodaya reads a short line of encouragement at each interval.
- Choose the hours it may speak, and quiet hours when it may not
- Spoken aloud, or shown silently as a notification
- Pause for a day with one tap
03 · Choose your voice
The voice that wakes you should feel like yours.
Choose a female or male reader, then the voice and tone that suit you: warm and unhurried, bright and encouraging, or soft and steady. Set the pace too.
- Preview any voice before you choose
- Different voices for mornings and for the day, if you like
- Clear, natural reading at the pace you set
Voice names shown are illustrative. The final voice line-up will be announced before launch.
04 · Sleep soundscapes
Rain on the leaves. Waves on the shore.
Wind down with natural sounds: rain, seashore, birdsong, an evening breeze. Play one, or blend several and set each volume.
- A sleep timer that fades out gently
- Save your favourite mixes
- Wake to birdsong under your morning quote
05 · Healing & calm
A gentle ritual, twice a day.
Pranodaya is made for calmer mornings and quieter nights: a few kind words when you wake, a steady voice through the day, and soft sounds when it is time to rest. Small, repeatable moments that make room for your wellbeing and a healthier daily rhythm.

The name
Prāṇa + udaya
Prāṇa is breath, the vital force. Udaya is the sun coming up over the horizon. प्राणोदय: the rising of life-breath.
The mark is a sun rising on the horizon, with a curl of breath moving through it. The three arcs above it read as morning rays, and as a voice carrying the day's first words.
How we will build it
Gentle by design.
Like every Vitana venture, Pranodaya keeps the group's standards: careful making, plain claims and respect for people's trust.
- 01
You set the volume
Nothing speaks unless you scheduled it. Quiet hours and pause are always one tap away.
- 02
Words with sources
Quotes are credited to their authors, and we check them before they reach your alarm.
